Recent developments at Orleans’ cyclotron (CGR-MeV 680Type) on exotic Rn concern 89Zr, 52Mn and 165Er. In case of 89Zr, resin Zr from Triskem has been evaluated with two other hydroxamate resins: Holland’s and Pandey’s. Its efficiency after exposition to radiations (89Zr) by varying time and activity has been determined. For second case, to access to 52Mn, Cr target has been designed from a Cr powder to obtain Cr pellet with enough mechanical force. Various parameters have been evaluated (weigh of target, pression compression, sintering temperature, thickness). First results of separation with use of exchange anionic resin AG1X8® have been obtained in agreement with publications. Finally, the third case is 165Er. The separation of two adjacent lanthanides Er/Ho has been made with irradiation of Ho target with proton or deuteron beam. By using a Triskem resin, Ln2, ratio 165Er/ 166+natHo is reduced by a factor at less 100000. For all these developments, radiotracer method (a radioisotope of each element is used like tracer) and following radionuclides have been used: 89Zr and 88Zr for Zr, 88Y/Y, 51Cr/Cr, 52Mn/Mn, 165Er/Er and 166Ho/Ho.
